Figure It Out Publishing was born from a simple belief: you don’t have to know exactly how to do something before you begin. Sometimes, you just have to be willing to figure it out.

I’m Linda Michaels—entrepreneur, business owner, HR professional, and now, author. For years, I knew I had a story to tell. More than 30 years of career lessons, unexpected turns, business successes, painful failures, and plenty of moments when I had no idea what came next.

Eventually, I stopped thinking about writing a book and actually wrote one.

I’ll Figure It Out became more than my first book. It showed me that the experiences we accumulate throughout our lives—the mistakes, wins, setbacks, lessons, and stories we tell over and over—can become something meaningful that lasts long after the moment has passed.

And it made me realize how many other people are sitting on a book of their own.

That’s why I created Figure It Out Publishing.
